KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification: To withdraw above a certain amount or access special privileges, you will need to submit a valid ID (National ID or passport) and proof of address. Once KYC is successfully completed, you will not need to go through the process again.

All betting at casinoru is governed by specific rules. Each game or betting market has its own applicable rules, which are listed on the relevant game page.

Betting Limits:

• Minimum bet: varies by market, generally starting from ৳50.
• Maximum bet: determined by account level — up to ৳5,000 for Standard accounts and ৳50,000 for High Roller accounts.
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment. Your bet will be settled at the odds displayed at the time it is placed.

Bet Cancellation Policy: casinoru reserves the right to cancel bets in the following circumstances —

• Odds displayed incorrectly due to a system or human error.
• If a match or event is suspended or cancelled outside the designated time window.
• Suspicious betting activity where multiple accounts place wagers on the same outcome of a single event.

Deposit Terms:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Payments from third parties are not accepted.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — funds only become withdrawable once the wagering requirement has been met.
• The daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000 for standard accounts and ৳5,00,000 for high roller accounts.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is completed.

Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus winnings, you typically need to wager the bonus amount a set number of times. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets.

• Bonus validity is typically 7–30 days, varying by offer.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is still active.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — slots count at 100%, Live Casino at 15%–25%, and Sports Betting typically at 50%.
• Bonuses may only be claimed for yourself — collecting a bonus on someone else's behalf is not permitted.
• Attempting to claim bonuses multiple times from the same household or device may result in account restrictions.

• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• If a minor is found to be using the account.

If an account is closed, any remaining balance will be handled based on the circumstances. In cases of proven fraud, the balance may be forfeited.

Users may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements) can be withdrawn.
